Basic volume license for your creating logos & branding.

Available for unlimited projects up to 50 desktop users.

You can use fonts for physical products / web / apps / digital ads / social media etc.

Fonts should appear as static images on digital channels.

Embedding fonts is not included in this license.

Additional volume license for your webfont use.

Available for unlimited pageviews up to 5 domains.

You can embed fonts in your websites using @font-face code in CSS.

Fonts should appear in websites your company owns or controls.

Desktop use & embedding fonts except websites are not included in this license.

Desktop License Pro allows you trademarking logos.

But trademarking law rules in your country may require your symbol mark etc.

Creative Market Desktop License also allows trademarking logos with restrictions.

Their license terms require you to modify fonts & add some graphics.

Generally consulting a law specialist in your country is recommended.
